Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data enrichment, sales research, or market research roles. 2+ years of experience managing a team, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment. Strong understanding of sales development processes and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. Proficiency with research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.). Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate grit and resilience. Preferred Skills: Prior experience with ABM tools like 6Sense or Demandbase Experience supporting sales development teams or ABM programs. Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and automation tools. Proven ability to drive process improvements and deliver measurable results.
