The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to assist with administrative tasks. This role is a combination of accounting responsibilities along with general office management. Key Responsibilities : Accounting Responsibilities : Maintain and manage financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Administrative Responsibilities : Handle administrative duties like filing, document management, and office correspondence. Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements. Maintain employee records and other administrative documents. Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. 1 year of experience in accounting and administrative support. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBoos, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
