Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and organized Accountant cum Office Admin to join our team. This role combines accounting responsibilities with administrative duties, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Prepare and generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections. Reconcile vendor and customer accounts. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes. (If applicable) and Maintain payroll records. Prepare and do filing of tax returns including GST. Maintain knowledge of current tax regulations Office management like maintain office supplies and equipment, manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence and organize and maintain filing systems. Enter and maintain accurate data in various systems. Maintain and update company databases. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support. Maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients. Work as per organizational DPMs/Directions from higher-ups time to time. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
