About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Record daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally) 2. Maintain ledgers, journals, and cash flow statements 3. Reconcile bank statements and handle cash transactions 4. Manage Zomato and Swiggy payments and commissions 5. Check payment portals like PhonePe, Paytm, etc. 6. Ensure GST, VAT, and TDS compliance as per government regulations 7. Prepare and file monthly/quarterly tax returns 8. Assist in financial audits and maintain proper documentation 9. Manage supplier/vendor payments and reconcile purchase orders with invoices 10. Track food cost, raw material purchases, and wastage to optimize expenses 11. Reconcile inventory with financial records and assist in stock audits 12. Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cost reports 13. Generate sales vs. expense reports to aid decision-making 14. Maintain digital and physical financial records 15.
