About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Prepare and maintain financial records using Tally software 2. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations 3. Generate financial reports and analyze data to provide insights to management 4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making 5. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency 7. Demonstrate 1 year of relevant accounting experience 2. Apply working knowledge of Tally software 3. Process GST, TDS, invoicing and basic compliance requirements 4. Utilize MS Excel proficiency for financial tasks 5. Perform bank reconciliation and bookkeeping duties 6. Prepare MIS reports as required 7. Maintain exceptional attention to detail for accuracy 8. Organize work effectively with strong time-management 9. Handle sensitive financial data with discretion 10. Work independently and take ownership of responsibilities 11.
