Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts transactions, maintaining accurate records, sales order and ensuring all other tasks with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Sales Order Management: Process and maintain records of sales orders.E-Way Bill Generation: Ensure timely generation and compliance with GST regulations.Tally Operations: Maintain and update financial records using Tally.E-Invoicing: Prepare and validate electronic invoices in compliance with GST norms.Purchase Entry: Record and verify purchase transactions.Sales Entry: Accurately record and update sales transactions.Delivery Challan Management: Generate and track delivery challans.Goods Receipt Note (GRN): Maintain proper documentation and verification of received goods. Required Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.Strong understanding of GST, E-Way Bill, and E-Invoicing.Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Prior experience in accounting, invoicing, and billing.Experience of 2+ years is mandatory.
