Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Senior Accountant with experience in the real estate industry to manage financial operations, project accounting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have expertise in real estate financial transactions, taxation, budgeting, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Oversee project-based accounting, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and financial reporting for real estate projects. Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L statements. Handle real estate-related taxation, including GST, TDS, RERA compliance, and statutory filings. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate projects. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions for audits, loan processing, and funding. Ensure timely processing of payments, rental income, lease agreements, and vendor settlements. Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability. Implement internal financial controls to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency. Provide strategic financial insights for investment decisions and project feasibility analysis. Requirements: Graduation / Post Graduation in Finance / Qualified CA 5+ years of experience for Accountant / 15 years for Senior Accountant. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP). Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, RERA, and real estate taxation. Experience in project-based accounting and financial analysis. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
