About the Company: We are a leading mechanical engineering and industrial solutions provider, catering to sectors such as Power, Steel, Cement, and Manufacturing. With a strong focus on quality and operational excellence, we are expanding our finance team to ensure strong internal controls and effective financial management. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Ledger Maintenance: Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally or ERP systems Maintain general ledger accounts, reconcile statements, and ensure data accuracy Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track supplier invoices, coordinate payments, and monitor outstanding dues Raise and manage customer invoices, follow up on receivables GST & Tax Compliance: Prepare monthly GST returns, TDS filings, and ensure timely submission Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits Inventory & Job Costing: Reconcile inventory reports with the store and production team Support job costing and track project-based expenses Banking & Cash Flow: Manage banking operations including payments, deposits, and reconciliations Maintain daily cash flow statements and advise on fund requirements Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (M.Com preferred) 3–5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing accounting Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic GST software Knowledge of Indian tax laws and compliance standards Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams
