Job Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping. Handle accounts finalization and prepare financial statements. Perform reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and accounts. Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and TDS regulations, including timely filings and payments. Manage other statutory compliances and regulatory filings. Prepare and submit compliance reports to the manager. Work on SAP software for accounting and financial transactions. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in SAP, Tally, and Advanced Excel (Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory). Familiarity with tax laws and compliance regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to present financial data clearly. Professional and presentable personality. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
