Job Description

Must Role & responsibilities 1. Identify Single Family houses in public forums or social media or sheriff sale which are put for sale 2. Underwrite identified properties to find if they suit our need and place offer 3. Coordinate with Realtor, Seller, Title Company, Client, Inspectors, Vendors, Tenants, Government Departments, Construction Team, Agents, CPAs throughout the purchase cycle of the property and thereafter 4. Maintain property and corporate accounts in QuickBooks Online (AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Interco transactions, Settlements, Invoicing, Setup new properties or entities etc.) 5. Maintain Advanced Financial Models developed in excel for Underwriting & MIS reports 6. Setup & manage Utilities, Insurance, Tax and other statutory compliances for the properties 7. Review legal documents and identify abnormalities 8. Identify tenants from available platforms or social media for new purchased properties 9. Manage Move in or Move out of tenants 10.Coordinate inspections Max Salary: 6 lakhs p.a.
