Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage all accounting functions, including accounts finalization, balance sheet finalization, cost accounting, management accounting, and team management. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the organization. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to taxation , GST, TDS, Companies act etc. Develop and implement effective internal controls to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records. Provide strategic guidance on financial matters to support business growth initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile 15-17 years of experience in finance leadership roles with expertise in accountancy, accounting functions, cost accounting, management accounting, MIS reporting. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Finance (MBA/PGDM).
