About the Role This is a senior role ideal for a Chartered Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. Youll work directly with our Australian team and clients, managing a variety of responsibilities across bookkeeping, accounting, workpaper preparation, audit support, and review. Youll also step in as a preparer when neededso attention to detail and a willingness to be hands-on are essential. Key Responsibilities Review and finalisation of financial statements, workpapers, and reconciliations Oversight and review of bookkeeping, payroll, and BAS/GST compliance Preparation of workpapers and support for audit and review engagements Coaching and mentoring junior team members Direct collaboration with Australian CPAs and advisors Ensure adherence to Australian accounting standards and practices Who You Are A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience Preferably trained in a Big 4 or reputable mid-tier firm Experience working with Australian clients Strong experience in accounting, financial statement preparation, and audit Well-versed in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Caseware) Strong communicator with excellent English skillsverbal and written Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines and priorities Comfortable working independently and remotely Eager to grow in an international role with exposure to Australian clients What We Offer Competitive remuneration Fully remote work setup Exposure to the Australian accounting and advisory landscape Mentorship and integration with an experienced Australian team Long-term career growth opportunities Potential for international travel to Australia for training or project work If youre a driven CA looking for international exposure, a supportive remote-first culture, and a chance to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
