Job Title: Admin cum Accountant Location: Factory (Full-time, On-site) Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum Accountant to manage day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks at our factory location. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9, and a solid understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure statutory compliance Maintain proper documentation for tax audits and internal financial reporting Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports Administrative Duties: Maintain factory administrative records, attendance, and leave management Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations Manage office supplies, petty cash, and day-to-day office functioning Draft letters, maintain documentation, and assist with official correspondence Other Skills: Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9, GST, TDS, and Income Tax What We Offer: A stable and long-term opportunity in a growing company Friendly and professional work environment Opportunity to take ownership of processes and grow within the organization
