Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager with a strong background in accounting and finance, coupled with expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions while also providing valuable insights through financial analysis and forecasting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting principles. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost-saving. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide variance analysis. Internal Audit Controls & Compliance: Ensure financial compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and tax laws. Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard the organizations assets. Coordinate audits and ensure timely completion of audit processes. Taxation Advise CEO in the tax preparation process and prepare and file tax documents Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the organizations cash flow to ensure liquidity for daily operations. Develop strategies for optimizing cash flow and reducing financial risk. 1. CEO reporting: Experience in preparing financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. 2. Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the companys growth objectives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA or semi qualified preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting. Proven experience in Leading or managerial role Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle,Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
