Trident Creations is a well renowned player in the Building Materials Industry - Interior Products. We deal with major brands in false ceiling materials such as - Armstrong, Saintgobain, Knauf, Diamond, USG. We supply materials to projects in and around Coimbatore. Our offices are at Coimbatore, Bangalore and Chennai We are looking for someone who can manage accounts and warehouse for a medium scale company. The candidate is expected to Generate Invoices, Credit notes, Ledger statements Maintain Purchase bills and ledgers and make bank entries and reconcile with the same Generate Reports for Stock movement, Debtors payments list Maintain Petty cash book and handle small purchases The candidate is expected to Dispatch Materials to the clients with proper documentation Maintain Current stock, Document inward and outward of materials Co-ordinate with transportation for inward and outward movement of materials Update when items not in stock and raise PO accordingly Co-ordinate with team to for better understanding of requirements and current stock Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Accounts: 2 years (Preferred) Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Tamil (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Location: Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Preferred) Work Location: In person
