If you're fluent in Tally and Busy, can zip through GST returns and e-way bills like a pro, and know your way around MSME schemes and financial filings—then you might be the one we’ve been waiting for! Position: Accounts Assistant Location: Kanpur Experience: 2-3 years Qualification: Commerce Graduate Must-Have Software Skills: Busy, MS Office (Excel, Word) Roles & Responsibilities Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions and update ledgers using Tally/Busy. File GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), generate e-Way Bills , and ensure compliance with tax deadlines. Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and periodic financial reports. Raise sales invoices, follow up on receivables, and maintain aging reports. Process purchase bills, reconcile vendor accounts, and ensure timely payments. File TDS, PF, and PT returns and maintain related statutory records. Coordinate with auditors and prepare reports/documentation for audits. Handle MSME-related subsidy applications and liaise with financial institutions and government bodies. Maintain digital and physical records with high accuracy and confidentiality. Key Requirements 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience in Tally and Busy software. Proficiency in GST compliance and e-way bill generation is essential. Typing speed of at least 80 words per minute with high accuracy. Excellent command over MS Office , especially Excel for data handling and reporting. Strong understanding of statutory requirements and tax filings. Proactive, organized, and capable of multi-tasking under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for vendor, client, and internal coordination (Non Negotiable) Ready to take the next step in your accounting career?
