Ingenuity is looking to hire an individual on a permanent assignment as an Accounts Assistant. The Candidate must have 7 or more years experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and bookkeeping. You must have an very good command of the English Language both written and verbal. The role will be office based in Sector 18, Noida, India. Responsibilities Issuing sales invoices. Reconciling receipts on a daily basis. Liaising with customers as well as internal teams effectively to ensure timely debt collection. Administer monthly direct debits. Prepare daily cash ups. Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations. Maintain an accurate record of rental deposits. Preparing flash reports. Preparing VAT return. Adhoc administrative tasks as required. Skills & Capabilities Must have a good command of the English Language both written and verbal. Intermediate/Advanced level experience of excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good business acumen for problem solving. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload. Effective multi-tasking skills. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team.
