Job Overview: We are looking for someone who can handle both accounts work and client communication . You will take care of invoices, payments, and financial records, while also staying in touch with clients to solve billing issues and keep them updated. Key Responsibilities:Accounts: Handle incoming payments and manage outstanding bills. Create and send invoices to clients. Record sales, purchases, and payments in Tally. Check and match account records to make sure all payments are posted correctly. Help with reports during month-end closing. Client Relationship (CRM): Talk to clients about billing or payment issues. Send payment reminders and follow up on overdue amounts. Keep client records up to date. Build good relationships with clients by providing clear and timely support. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in accounts or similar roles. Knowledge of accounting basics and working with financial data. Good with Excel; Tally experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and time management. Good communication skills in both writing and speaking. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
