Maintain head office petty cash. Credit card expense - booking and monthly payment Utility bill payments Reimbursement of employee expenses Requirements Field team (surveyor) payment working and payout Review all supporting documents are proper, detailed checking of bills, maintain related tracker master Prepare projected and actual cost sheets in co-ordination with project manager Oversee cost control methods Verify journal voucher (JV) and cash/bank entries Verify vendor payments Computation and filling of TDS, TCS, GST, PT, and any other applicable returns Assist in completion of statutory and tax audit Debtors record update, maintain debtors statement, and follow-up with the respective departments for collection MIS Reporting: Prepare ad hoc reports as and when required Communicate with tax debts, banks, and consultants as per requirement Maintain proper accounting in Tally and ensure appropriate filing after scanning Ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning of the Accounts Department Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company Make a significant contribution to the company's success.
