Job Description

Preferred candidate profile Min 5 years to 10 years experience preferably from Hotel industry or Manufacturing industry Financial Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial statements. Invoice Processing : Generating and processing invoices for clients and vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Budgeting and Forecasting : Assisting in the development of budgets and financial forecasts based on historical data and future projections. Bank Reconciliation : Reconciling bank statements and ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly. Financial Analysis : Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Expense Management : Monitoring and controlling company expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction or optimization. Tax Compliance : Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and assisting with tax filings. Financial Reporting : Preparing and presenting financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Auditing : Assisting with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and explanations as needed. Communication : Liaising with internal departments, external clients, and vendors to resolve financial issues and queries. Software Proficiency : Utilizing accounting software and tools proficiently to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Adherence to Policies and Procedures : Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement : Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations. Role & responsibilities These responsibilities may vary depending on the specific needs and size of the organization. Additionally, an accounts executive may be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.
