Strong accounting knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles and practices. Advanced Excel proficiency: Expertise in using advanced Excel functions, macros, and VBA to analyze and report data. Data analysis and reporting skills: Ability to extract insights from data and communicate them effectively. Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify business problems and develop Excel-based solutions. Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management. Familiarity with accounting software: Proficiency in using Tally ERP (or similar software). Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
