Educational Background: Typically, an undergraduate degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho books or Microsoft Excel). Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks and prioritize deadlines. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with other team members and external contacts. Willingness to Learn: An eagerness to learn accounting principles and practices.
