Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive/Sr. Account Executive to join our finance team catering to clientele based worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with expertise in balance sheet and P&L management, accounts payable/accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and vendor reconciliation. This role is for Indian Accounting & Hong Kong Accounting & requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Roles and Responsibilities 1. Financial Management - Maintain and analyze balance sheets and income statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Prepare and review financial reports, including P&L statements, on a regular basis. - Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper recording in the general ledger. 2. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable - Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor communication. - Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. 3. General Ledger Maintenance: - Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions. - Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. 4. Vendor Reconciliation: - Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records. - Communicate effectively with vendors to address inquiries and discrepancies. 5. Financial Analysis - Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. - Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. 6. Compliance - Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Assist in audits as necessary. 7. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support budgeting and forecasting processes. Desired Candidate Profile/Skills Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Good Communication skill written & oral & interpersonal skills Independent Drafting of emails. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Ability to manage the work efficiently, independently & as part of a team within constrained timelines Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
