Job Description

Job Scope : To manage the overall smooth operations of the spa. The Accounts Manager plays a crucial role in the financial status of the brand. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, and contributing to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts. Prepare and reconcile bank statements. Handle petty cash and sales cash effectively. Ensure daily cash deposits and maintain accurate cash flow records. Manage online transactions and reconcile payments. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally ERP. Manage vendor payments and maintain strong vendor relationships. Manage salary payments as well as applicable Compliance payments within the prescribed timelines Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, including GST and TDS. Prepare and file GST and TDS returns accurately and on time. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Participate in internal audits and financial reviews. Support other departments with financial-related inquiries. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of accounting practices. Proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting softwares. Excellent knowledge in GST, TDS and other relevant tax laws. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) This job description is intended to outline the primary responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant position.
