Job Description

Experience: 2 3 YEARS Qualification: Any Gradution Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable account s executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in account ing, preferably with a basic understanding of account ing software and financial reporting. As an account s executive , you will assist in day-to-day account ing operations and support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including journals, ledgers, and other account ing documents. Process invoices and payments, ensuring accurate and timely transactions. Reconcile account s payable and receivable, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and management information reports. Handle petty cash and maintain proper documentation of expenses. Support the preparation of tax returns, compliance, and regulatory filings. Monitor and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and follow up on overdue payments. Assist with internal and external audits as required. Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions for easy access and reference. Coordinate with other departments for the smooth execution of financial activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in commerce, account ing, finance, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in account s or finance roles. Knowledge of account ing principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. Familiarity with account ing software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other office software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
