Job Responsibilities: Invoice Processing: Handle invoices received from vendors, suppliers, and service providers. This includes verifying invoice accuracy, matching with purchase orders and goods receipt (GR), and obtaining necessary internal approvals. Requirements: Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliation, and ledger management. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Payments and Reconciliation: Issue timely payments against verified invoices and goods receipts (GR). Regularly reconcile vendor accounts and update ledgers to ensure accuracy. Ledger Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate general ledgers, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and categorized. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and budgets. Provide accurate financial data and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Cash & Expense Reconciliation: Reconcile employee sales cash and expense reports, ensuring expenses comply with company policies.
