Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the financial activities of our commercial real estate operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting specific to the real estate sector Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Financial Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for commercial real estate transactions, including rentals, leases, and property management expenses. TDS & GST Compliance: Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings. Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring compliance with real estate-specific regulations. Taxation: Oversee tax planning, and income tax filings, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Lease Accounting: Track rental income, lease payments, and tenant accounts. Prepare rent reconciliation reports. Budgeting & Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for property expenses and revenue. Analyze financial data to support decision-making. Tally Operations: Maintain financial records in Tally and generate required reports. Vendor Management: Ensure timely payments to vendors and contractors, and manage accounts payable and receivable. Audit Preparation: Support statutory and internal audits by providing accurate financial records and documents. Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about updates in taxation and real estate accounting standards. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CA-Inter or relevant certification is a plus. Experience: 8 + year of experience, Experience in real estate will be preferred
