Business Requirement : Ind As Financial Reporting Manager : Responsible for overseeing the preparation, review and analysis of financial statements in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind As). The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and assisting with financial reporting processes for both internal and external stakeholders Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and other applicable accounting frameworks. Ensure that financial reports comply with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and other relevant regulations. Keep up-to-date with any changes in accounting standards or regulations and implement the necessary adjustments. Analyze financial data and provide insights into key financial metrics, performance, and trends to support management decision-making. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies under Ind AS, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and disclosures in accordance with Ind AS. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits of financial statements and resolve queries related to Ind AS compliance. Assist in preparing forecasts and budgets, ensuring they are aligned with the company's financial goals and in compliance with Ind AS reporting. Support management with ad-hoc projects, including the implementation of Ind As adjustments automation process Qualification CA with 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing, preferably with expertise in Ind AS or IFRS Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements in India Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
