Key Responsibilities: Generate new business by targeting MSPs, direct clients, and key decision-makers at enterprise organizations. Lead outreach through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and account support. Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and qualified resume submissions. Send client requirements to recruiters, manage performance, and screen resumes before submission. Act as the liaison between clients and recruiters throughout the hiring process. Present custom capability decks and proposals tailored to client needs. Maintain sales metrics and opportunity tracking using CRM tools. Why Join Us? Fluent English with excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills. Proven ability to manage $1M+ book of business annually. Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or Marketing (preferred). Must be willing to commit long-term to a high-impact role.
