About the Company- Kayamkulam based NBFC company Note: · Looking candidates from in and around Ernakulam only or willing to relocate . Candidates with experience in NBFC/Nidhi/Bank/Micro Finance companies would be preferred · Shift timings –9.30 to 5.30 Duties & Responsibilities: · Determine financial objectives and design systems and policies to support internal financial control · Develop and update accounting, finance, and management policies and procedures · Manage cash flow and monitor budgets and actual costs and revenues · Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external use · Liaise with banks, RBI, and other financial institutions · Handle GST, TDS, and income tax assessment and audits · Ensure ROC and company secretary compliance and statutory audit .
