Job Description

Receivable Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Take care of collection. Monitor processing of invoices. Monitoring and driving the collection plan. Working and Accounting of Discounts. Receivable Management- Review of collection with RSMs and follow-up for the collection. Handling Customer/Internal/External queries. Handling of Internal and External auditors in relates to accounts receivable activities. MIS and Reconciliation statements in receivables. Key Result Area : Ensuring Timely & Error Free Accounting. Assist with Various audit relates to Accounts Receivable. Review & Reconciliation of Sales, Discount, Outstanding, etc., Accounts Receivable Reporting. Desired Profile Excel excellence and Knowledge in SAP & Tally. Language - Hindi Mandatory. Managed at least team of 3 staff. Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. Strong work ethic and drive and attention to details. Ability & willingness to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment and with changing priorities. Proficiency Expected: Best experience in TALLY Prime Gold & ERP SW is must. Knowledge on Windows MS Excel sheet / Pivot table – is must Very strong team player who is comfortable multi-tasking and works well under pressure.
