Key Responsibilities: Preparing invoices for our clients. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Maintaining historical records for auditing and reporting. Following up on payments to ensure timely collections. Preparing weekly outstanding reports to monitor pending payments. Analyzing accounts and producing monthly reports for management review. Continuously improving the payment process to enhance efficiency.
