Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Officer: Maintaining Financial Records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, bills, payments, and other financial data. Processing Invoices and Payments: Ensuring invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time. Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable: Tracking and managing Accounts Payable and Accounts receivables. Reconciling Bank Statements: Verifying that bank statements match the company's accounting records. Preparing Financial Reports: Generating MIS on financial performance, such as income statements and balance sheets. Assisting with Audits and Tax Preparation: Providing support during audits and tax preparation processes. Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to all applicable accounting standards and regulations. Communicating with Clients and Stakeholders: Responding to client inquiries and communicating with other stakeholders about financial matters. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Bachelor's degree in accounting or MBA preferred . Skills: Tally, GST Return Filing, TDS Returns, MS-Office Qualification 1. Bachelors in B.com/ MBA in Finance 2. At least 3+ year of experience as accounts officer.
