Job Description Accounts Manager | Officer Position: Accounts Manager Location: Mambakam Gender Preference: Female Experience: 7 to 10 years Role Type: Independent Contribution Key Responsibilities: Financial Accuracy & Compliance: Check general ledger entries to detect and rectify errors, ensuring financial accuracy. Coordinate with external auditors to address discrepancies and maintain compliance with auditing standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation to support accounting and filing functions, ensuring regulatory adherence. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze cost sheets for effective financial decision-making. Manage funds and coordinate with banks to optimize financial processes. Process payments, invoices, journal vouchers, and employee reimbursements to ensure smooth financial operations. Reconciliation & Data Management: Streamline data management by organizing information into multiple spreadsheets. Conduct PO-wise reconciliation and ledger follow-up to ensure accurate financial records. Statutory Compliance: Handle statutory compliance payments and reconciliation (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF). File PT returns and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory financial requirements. Key Requirements: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles. Strong knowledge of English (preferred for coordination). Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel | Tally Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
