Work Timings: 2:30-11:30PM We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst (Fresher) to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying payments, and assisting with financial reconciliations Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Verify purchase orders and expense reports for accuracy. Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and vendor queries. Maintain records of accounts payable transactions. Support the month-end and year-end closing process. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounts payable functions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Powerpoint, Word etc) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. Internship or academic project experience in accounting or finance Flexibility in supporting business requirements across multiple time zones
