About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist with a good written and verbal command in English. Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries. Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time. Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as needed. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve any billing issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing and payments. Provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses to customer queries Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues related to accounts. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar role. Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Skills: Experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial reporting. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
