About the job Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our RRDs Shared Services BU. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes along with expertise in automation tools and systems. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency and streamline financial workflows through automation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across finance and accounting operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and support both operational and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Required Skills Automate routine finance and accounting tasks such as transactional jobs, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis using anyone of the coding language like Python, VBA, and Google Apps Script. Document automation processes and workflows for training and knowledge-sharing purposes. Develop, implement, and maintain automated solutions to streamline accounting processes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall accuracy. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand their requirements and design automation workflows tailored to their needs. Improve and update existing automation scripts and processes to ensure they remain efficient and effective. Desired Skills Oversee and Support key Finance and Accounting functions that includes P2P, O2C, R2R and FPNA. Coordinate and manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Review, analyze, and report on financial statements, P&L, and balance sheet, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Assist in internal and external audits, providing relevant financial data and documentation as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Hands-on experience with the process automation tools, such as Python, VBA, and Google App Script Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills. Demonstrated experience in driving process improvement and automation within finance and accounting operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
