Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Flexibility to work during the US shift is essential. Experience in collections (i.e. dealing directly with US tenants over phone to explain ledger balances to improve rent collection rates). Preferable candidate would have affordable housing experience. Ensure daily production is completed for entire team as per SLA. Assign workflow in case of absenteeism. Ensure payments dashboard alerts are cleared on daily basis. Provide process training to new joiners. Mentoring the team on new techniques. Timely Response to queries raised by team members. Requesting & hiring new staff with full utilization of resources. Escalating open items with client. Conducting regular team meetings. Reviewing complete production cycle on monthly basis. Creating/Updating SOPs as and when required. Continuously work on process improvement. Periodically updating the management about team and individual team members performance. Capability to handle additional responsibilities as per the process requirement. Preferred candidate profile Strong written and oral skills. Accurate with a strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word etc.).
