Role & responsibilities 1. Preparation of Job Descriptions2. Facilitate in formulation of KRA/ KPI ,ensure goal setting for each employee by section heads in lined with organizational goal3. Collect, collate & compile the performance details received from the section heads on quarterly basis4. Work with departments on better methods to improve departmental objectives.5. Coordinating or the implementation of processes for improvement of performance management activities and provide status updates6. Assist in designing, implementing & handling reward & recognition policy and initiatives7.Facilitating in providing instant feedback when certain activities are not meeting their goals, and to correct them before they negatively impact the organization8.Facilitating the department heads to discuss the team performance with the Management.9.Identification of Competencies for different roles & gap analysis.10. Take care of Employee engagement activities.11.Involve in digitalization of HR processes.12. Assist in OD intervention & change Management.13.Performs other related duties as assigned by the Seniors.14.Co ordinate & capture the departmental process measurements & update the same in SAP & present it in MRM.15.Manage Integrated Management System(IMS- QMS, OHSAS, SA-8000, ISMS, EMS) related to HR departmentPreferred candidate profile 1.Knowledge of performance management concepts, theories & related practices & tools2. Ability to generate and analyze various performance metrics using Excel and other reporting tools3. Experience with data collection tools4.
