About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories or requirement documents Work closely with product managers to define product roadmaps and features Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in creating test cases Conduct impact analysis for change requests and participate in solution design Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or SaaS environment Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Lucidchart, or similar (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
