Ackrolix is seeking dynamic Sr. Telesales Executives/ Customer care Executives for International Market - UAE to drive our mission of supporting small, growing businesses and Individuals. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and bring a target-oriented, entrepreneurial approach to our team. Prior experience in stocks, trading platforms, forex trading is a value addition The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue. Ackrolix Innovations Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced candidates for Sales Profile available for immediate joining. Work from office Day Shift - Gurugram (Next to Huda City Center Metro Station). Responsibilities:Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospectsIdentify new business opportunities to generate opportunitiesDevelop annual sales strategy and goalsLeverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationshipsCollaborate with sales leaders Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience0-2 years' of sales experience is requiredProven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales Desired profile:Proven experience in telesales preferably in an international/UAE- focused role with minimum 2 years of current experience in telesales (Prior outbound calling experience working with UAE clients is preferred)Previous financial services telesales experience would be an advantage and success working towards a revenue targetExceptional Verbal Communication and interpersonal skills in English. An excellent telephone manner, strong negotiation, persuasion and objection-handling skillsOpen to work in flexible shifts to align with UAE based hours (minus 90 mins IST)Knowledge of UAE culture and consumer behaviour would be a plusConfident, outgoing and enthusiastic natureSelf motivation and conscientiousness, wanting to make a real difference to the businessWillingness to take on new projects and get involved in the teams growthWillingness to work with Product Owners across all areas of businesses in gaining feedback that can make the real changes to members experience of AckrolixSome knowledge of Buyer Behaviour, Sales and KYCAbility to get your strengths from working and collaborating in a team dynamic but also to work independently to your KPIs and targets
