This position is designed for freshers or individuals with less than one year of experience in the IT industry. The Sales Executive will focus on handling outbound calls and emails, identifying and qualifying leads, selling products/services, and supporting the sales team while preparing a strong database of clients in the GCC market.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Outbound Sales Activities:Handle outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, promoting the companys products and services.Engage in conversations to identify client needs and effectively present solutions.Lead Generation and Qualification:Identify and qualify leads for the sales team by gathering necessary information and understanding prospective clients' requirements.Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.Sales Engagement:Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations over the phone/online, focusing on smaller accounts and ensuring a high level of customer engagement.Provide accurate and timely information regarding products/services to prospective clients.Client Follow-up:Assist in follow-up communication through calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Remain engaged with prospects throughout the sales process to ensure high satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.Database Management:Prepare and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients in the GCC market, including detailed contact information and email addresses.Conduct research to identify new potential leads and keep the database updated with accurate and relevant information.Collaboration with Sales Team:Support the sales team in their efforts by providing updates on lead status and collaborating on sales strategies.Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving lead generation and sales processes.Desired Skillset:Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.Persuasion and Negotiation Skills:Ability to persuade and influence prospective clients over the phone and through written communication.Organizational Skills:Excellent organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain the client database efficiently.Technical Aptitude:Basic understanding of IT products and services, with a willingness to learn more about the company's offerings.Customer-oriented Mindset:A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to help clients find the best solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Fresh graduates or individuals with less than one year of experience in sales, marketing, or the IT industry are encouraged to apply.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
