Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management:Manage daily stock updates, reconciliation, and reporting.Ensure accurate documentation of stock inflows, outflows, and transfers.Oversee the tagging and labeling of jewelry items with accurate pricing, descriptions, and codes.Conduct routine physical stock audits to prevent losses or discrepancies.Coordinate with the production or procurement team for stock replenishment and order fulfillment.2. Order Fulfillment & Packaging:Oversee customer order preparation, ensuring items are accurately packed and ready for delivery.Ensure timely coordination with the sales team for special customer orders or customizations.Maintain sufficient stock of packaging materials like jewelry boxes, bags, and warranty cards.3. Documentation and Compliance:Maintain and organize all backend documents, including invoices, sales receipts, stock reports, and delivery challans.Ensure proper documentation and storage of certificates, warranty cards, and purchase records.Comply with internal audit processes and maintain accurate data for inventory control.4. Backend Operations Coordination:Coordinate with the sales team to manage stock availability and on-floor requirements.Support the store team during busy periods, such as exhibitions or promotional events, by preparing jewelry stock and materials.Ensure timely dispatch of stock or materials to other stores or external partners as required.5. Security and Quality Control:Ensure the safe handling and secure storage of jewelry items.Conduct quality checks on returned or newly received jewelry to ensure they meet store standards.Monitor stock handling by staff to minimize losses or damages.6. Reporting and Analytics:Generate daily and monthly backend operation reports, including stock movement and sales analytics.Highlight slow-moving or high-demand inventory to the store manager for better stock management decisions.7. Team Support and Supervision:Train and guide junior backend staff or store helpers in inventory handling and backend processes.Ensure the backend team adheres to store policies and processes.Provide prompt backend support to the front-end sales team during peak hours or high-demand situations.

Product Planning & Strategy: Assist in selecting and forecasting product lines, ensuring alignment with the brands seasonal trends, market demands, and customer preferences.Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, manage reorders, and coordinate the distribution of products to stores and warehouses.Pricing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to set competitive pricing strategies and promotions based on market analysis and trends.Trend Research: Stay ahead of fashion trends and competitor offerings, providing feedback on designs and product ranges to the product development team.Product Performance Analysis: Track the performance of products in the market and analyze customer feedback, sales data, and inventory reports to make informed decisions.Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with company standards.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, marketing, and sales) to ensure smooth operations and meet business goals.

Design and implement automated and standardized analysis tools (e.g. dashboards), empowering stakeholders to uncover business opportunities and make informed decisions.Analyse web traffic data to define areas of opportunity and optimization of the Web platformsSupport the team in analysing the customer data to define trends and create dashboards for regular trackingScrutinize and validate data integrity throughout the collection process, performing data profiling to identify and comprehend data anomalies.Investigate the root causes of business problems, providing solutions that go beyond superficial observations.Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting IT hardware products and services.Answer inbound calls and provide information about the companys IT hardware offerings, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.Provide technical information on IT hardware products, such as computers, servers, storage devices, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure products.Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and budget.Cross-sell and upsell related products and services where possible.Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and meet sales targets.Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Track and report daily activities and sales progress to management.Skills & Qualifications:Prior experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role (experience in IT hardware is a plus).Knowledge of IT hardware products, technology, and industry trends.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to explain complex technical products in simple terms.Good negotiation and persuasion skills.Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism.Basic understanding of CRM systems and MS Office applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Continually improving process and efficiency of the same.Streamlining the inward/outward process. Ensuring 5S & FIFO are followed for lean SCM.Conducting periodic inventory audit to ensure Zero Pillage. Minimize the usage of consumables and Ullage.Style allocation to units: Based on available capacity, product categories and manpower both for in-house and partner production units.Hands on experience in WMS/Inventory/Logistics software. Shiphero experience preferred.Understanding of courier services/transportation and logistics processes. Knowledge of clearance/customs processes and industry network would be an advantage.
