Job Title: Acquiring Manager Key Responsibilities: - Land Acquisition: Identify and acquire land for projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Driving: Travel to various locations for land acquisition, meetings, and other project-related activities. - Document Drafting: Prepare and review documents related to land acquisition, including agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. - PMA and RERA Compliance: Ensure compliance with PMA and RERA regulations, obtaining necessary approvals and permits. - Government Liaisoning: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, negotiating and resolving issues related to land acquisition and project approvals. - Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with stakeholders, including landowners, government agencies, and other parties involved in the land acquisition process. Requirements: - Experience: Proven experience in land acquisition, government liaisoning, and document drafting. - Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. - Knowledge: Familiarity with PMA and RERA regulations, land acquisition laws, and government policies. Goals: - Land Acquisition: Successfully acquire land for projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Project Timelines: Ensure land acquisition is completed within project timelines, enabling smooth project execution. - Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, landowners, and other parties involved in the land acquisition process.
