As the Ad Sales Leader for the Hyderabad region, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing team. Your expertise in ad sales or enterprise sales will help identify and unlock new revenue opportunities through innovative strategies and duct offerings, ensuring market growth and revenue targets are exceeded. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business goals. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales fessionals, ensuring performance and growth. - Cultivate strong relationships with developers, brokers, and key stakeholders in the market. - Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. - Collaborate with duct teams to refine offerings based on market feedback. Key Requirements: - 810 years of experience in ad sales or enterprise sales, with a ven track record of managing large accounts. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - In-depth knowledge of the Hyderabad market. - Experience in real estate or digital media is an added advantage.
