Role Summary: As a Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling customized retail advertising solutions to brands and agencies. You will build strong client relationships, understand their marketing objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver engaging, high-quality campaigns that integrate seamlessly with our editorial offerings. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients across various industries, focusing on native advertising opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media planners, advertising and PR agencies. Understand client objectives and craft tailored retail advertising proposals to meet their needs. Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital advertising formats. Share insights and best practices with clients and internal teams. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with detailed reports and actionable insights. Use data to recommend improvements and upsell opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in PR agencies/corporate communication or advertising sales in print media, radio ,digital or native advertising. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of native advertising formats, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
