To succeed, you will need to demonstrate relevant experience and showcase your confidence, professionalism, enthusiasm, self-motivation, communication skills, and attention to detail.Role and Responsibilities:Review and input into user stories to ensure all aspects are considered.Work closely with team members throughout the delivery lifecycle.Complete all appropriate end-to-end testing (System, Integration, Regression, and Exploratory).Analyse, design, develop, and realise automation tests where appropriate.Detect, monitor, and report defects and inconsistencies.Provide support and documentation as required.Play an active role in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.Essential Criteria:Ability to work within a technical team.Experience working closely with all members of the team, from Product and UX to Developers.Experience with manual and automated testing of web or mobile apps, including related backend services and databases.Experience analysing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks through the creation of clean, quality code in line with coding standards to create highly maintainable tests.Competence with SQL Server or equivalent database applications, including creating SQL queries.Experience testing non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and accessibility.Knowledge and experience of working with agile methodologies and tools.Passion for continuous improvement, both from a personal and team perspective.Sound understanding of software testing techniques and processes.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both orally and in writing.A methodical and thorough approach to investigation and problem-solving.Preferable Criteria:Experience working in a testing team with an understanding of testing methodologies.Experience testing native mobile applications.Working knowledge of the debt management sector.Experience working in a regulated environment.Appreciation of security across the full stack.A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
