Job Description

Operational Management: Develop and implement standardized processes for ADAS calibration, repair, and maintenance services. Manage inventory of ADAS components, calibration tools, and related equipment. Coordinate with service centres, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency. Manage warranty claims and returns related to ADAS components and services. Technical Support: Provide technical support to service technicians and customers regarding ADAS troubleshooting, calibration, and repair procedures. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including service manuals, troubleshooting guides, and training materials. Stay up-to-date on the latest ADAS technologies and industry trends. Assist in the development and delivery of ADAS training programs for technicians. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ADAS aftermarket services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with ADAS component suppliers, calibration tool vendors, and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure competitive pricing. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyse data on service performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to management. Maintain accurate records of all aftermarket operations. Compliance: Ensure all aftermarket operations adhere to industry regulations and safety standards related to ADAS. Requirements Bachelors/ Masters degree in computer science or related field. Proven experience in automotive aftermarket operations, preferably with a focus on ADAS. Strong understanding of ADAS technologies, including sensors, cameras, radar, and lidar. Experience with ADAS calibration tools and software. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with automotive diagnostic tools and software.
