Work closely with client partners and the branding team to align marketing efforts with ARC s goals. Conduct market trend analysis and customer research to refine marketing strategies. Develop and deploy an organic marketing strategy for our retail services. Act as a mentor for Marketing associates and develop their skill. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness across all campaigns. What We re Looking For Experience : 3-6 years in B2B and B2C marketing, with demonstrated success in performance marketing and lead generation. Creativity : Ability to design innovative campaigns with compelling offers. Analytical Skills : Proficiency with Google Analytics and keyword research, with a data-driven approach to tracking and optimising campaigns. Organisational Skills : Strong multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional time management.
