Role & responsibilities Work on Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurances payroll and be assigned to an HDFC Bank branch.Generate insurance business through walk-in customers and leads provided by the branch.Meet monthly and annual sales objectives, including NOP (Number of Policies), FYP (First Year Premium), and persistency metrics.Build and maintain strong relationships with the Branch Manager and Bank employees to drive business growth.Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve complaints within the designated Turnaround Time (TAT).Provide product training and updates to banking partners on product, process, and regulatory changes.Support sales activities, including customer interactions, policy issuance, and grievance handling.Ensure strong penetration of Life Insurance (LI) products among new and existing customers.Work in an open architecture setup, collaborating with banking partners to maximize business opportunities.Preferred candidate profile Education: Graduation or equivalent degree.Experience: Preferably in sales or banking.Skills:Excellent communication and articulation skills.Strong influencing and convincing abilities.Customer-handling expertise and service-oriented approach.Goal-driven with resilience to achieve business targets.Ability to establish relationships within the bank at different levels.Other Requirements:Proficiency in the local language.Familiarity with the local market.Willingness to travel (intra-city or outstation).Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.Perks and benefits Salary Range: 3,00,000 4,00,000 per annum.Full-time employment with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance.Opportunity to work closely with HDFC Bank branches.Career growth opportunities within the financial services sector.Hands-on experience in sales and relationship management.Let me know if you need any modifications or additional details!
